Order your groceries online from Walmart or Publix, set me as your pickup person, and arrive to a fully stocked vacation rental. Here's exactly how it works.

Visit Walmart.com (Cortez location) or the Publix Delivery & Curbside app (Manatee Ave — Beachway Plaza) and shop for everything you want waiting for you at your rental. Add all your favorite groceries, snacks, beverages, breakfast items, and essentials to your cart.
Helpful Tips:
Use the Cortez Walmart or Manatee Ave Publix (Beachway Plaza) location
Select a pickup time that works with your travel schedule
Don't forget essentials like coffee, creamer, and breakfast items!
STEP 2
Set Me as Your Dedicated Pickup Person
Set Me as Your Dedicated Pickup Person
When you get to checkout, both Walmart and Publix allow you to designate someone else to pick up your order. Simply add my name and contact information as the authorized pickup person. I'll receive the notification when your order is ready and handle everything from there.
Helpful Tips:
Look for the 'Someone else is picking up' option at checkout
Enter the name and contact info I provide when you book
You'll receive confirmation once the pickup person is set
STEP 3
Coordinate Access to Your Rental
Coordinate Access to Your Rental
This is an important step! You'll need to reach out to your rental host or property manager and arrange a way for me to access the property before you arrive. This could be a lockbox code, a smart lock code, or meeting the property manager to be let in.
Helpful Tips:
Contact your rental host as soon as you book my service
Ask for a temporary access code or lockbox instructions
Some hosts are very accommodating — just explain the situation!
STEP 4
I Pick Up & Stock Your Rental
I Pick Up & Stock Your Rental
Once your order is ready and I have access to your rental, I'll pick up your groceries and carefully stock your fridge and pantry. Everything will be organized and put away so it feels like home the moment you walk in.
Helpful Tips:
Refrigerated items go straight to the fridge
Pantry items are neatly organized on shelves
I'll text you a photo when everything is stocked!

There are two ways we can handle stocking your rental — it all depends on whether I can get early access.
Option A: Early Access

Reach out to your rental host and arrange for me to have access before you arrive. This way, your fridge and pantry will be fully stocked and waiting for you when you walk through the door — the ultimate vacation welcome!

Option B: Stock After Arrival

If early access isn't possible, no worries! You can wait until you arrive at your rental, and I'll come stock your fridge and pantry while you settle in, unpack, and start relaxing. It only takes a short time and you won't have to lift a finger.

Important Note About Rental Access
I am not able to guarantee access to your rental property on my own. It is the guest's responsibility to coordinate with their rental host or property manager to arrange access for me. Most hosts are very understanding and happy to help — just explain that you have a concierge service that needs to drop off groceries. If your host cannot provide early access, Option B (stocking after your arrival) is always available!

Flat Rate: $120 per order

To keep orders manageable and ensure everything is delivered safely:
Each order is limited to 2 cases of water
If you need more than that, there will be an additional $10 fee per 2 cases of water
You Only Pay For:
Your groceries (purchased directly through your store of choice)
A flat $120 Service fee for my time, travel,and stocking
